- You will lose access to all your historical test reports
- Previous appointment history will no longer be available
- You'll need to create a new account for future services
- Data recovery will not be possible once deletion is complete
- Some data may be retained for legal/regulatory compliance
Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 7 years as required by healthcare regulations and tax laws, even after deletion request.
