By accessing and using Medvue Health Labs' services, website, and mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Description
Medvue Health Labs provides laboratory testing services and an appointment management system that allows users to:
- Book laboratory test appointments online
- Schedule home collection services
- Access and download test reports
- Manage appointment history
- Receive notifications about test results
3. Appointment Policy
Booking Requirements:
- Valid contact information must be provided
- Doctor's prescription required for specific tests
- Minimum 24-hour advance booking for home collection
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 6 hours before appointment
- Late cancellations may incur service charges
- No-shows will be charged the full amount
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made at the time of booking or sample collection. We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI payments
- Cash (for home collection only)
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal health information:
- All medical data is encrypted and stored securely
- Information is shared only with authorized healthcare providers
- You have the right to access and delete your data
- We comply with applicable healthcare privacy regulations
6. Limitations of Liability
Medvue Health Labs shall not be liable for:
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Technical issues with third-party payment systems
- Misinterpretation of test results by patients
- Actions taken based on test results without medical consultation
